Gastly and the mysterious red light [ FULL ANIMATION ON DEVIANTART] Here’s a 2D Vector/cutout animation I made using exclusively Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator. It took about 20 hours to make it. I’m from the generation who witnessed the release of the first Pokemon games and Ghastly was a simple but yet fun design to work from. So I created a 2D rig in after effects for the Pokemon, created a simple layout (partly thanks to Illustrator) and made a little animation using these elements. I have to admit I did very little planning at first cause I did not think I would use the rig but step by step, I ended up setting a simple “seek and find” kind of shot. The character looks around for something, finds it and reacts to his discovery. Comments and constructive feedback are welcome. I speak both English and French.

Transformation Challenge !I wanted to enter the DeviantArt Transformation Challenge but miss the deadline, a day too late.Still, I thought it deserved being shown so here you go. "What programs/tools were used?"pencil, alcohol markers and fineliner pen. Then photoshop to bring it together.
"Where did you find your inspiration for your entry?"
From the fact I sometimes feel like with imagination and a pencil, I can have something like a super-powar or magical power."How long did it take to complete it?"About 8 hours from the first roughs to completed uploadable jpegs. I’m still learning how to color with alcohol markers. I tried several times. Comments and constructive feedback are welcome. I speak both English and French.

Dog Scratching Ear
A challenging animation I made after watching my dog scratch his ear a few times. I tried my best  to capture the move, snappy but so fast it’s hard to evaluate its timing. What do you think ? All animation and background done in Adobe Flash. Comments and constructive feedback are welcome. I speak both English and French.

Nothing On TVI wanted to play personifying animals and I remembered how much fun it is to see a bear sat down. The rest came out of my imagination and a few markers on paper. The coloring was done digitally in Photoshop.Comments and constructive feedback are welcome. I speak both English and French.

Michael Jackson’s Dangerous Wink
A little fan art animation I did in half a day from the cover of Michael Jackson’s 1991 album entitled “Dangerous”. I animated the wink on 2s. The consistency is not ideal but for a “painting” animation, I’m quite happy with the result. I hope you like it. I used Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.Comments and constructive feedback are welcome. I speak both English and French.

The Running Man [Animation]*Higher Resolution version available on DeviantArt !*I wanted to do a dance animation and I remembered this move I like to do without knowing how it’s called. hahaSo after a little research, I set the different key poses of the move, adjusted the timing on a basic character and then applied the chara design to it ! Et voilà ! KEEP GROOVING ! Comments and constructive feedback are welcome. I speak both English and French.
